Problems With Child Resistant Closures
One problem that is seen with child resistant closures (CRC’s) is that they are deep skirted closures. Because of this the closures can bottom out on 400 series neck finishes. This creates a significant issue as it pertains to heat-sealing and leakage. It is importatn that samples be evaluated when using a CRC on your package.
